Project purpose

This workspace is the operating hub for building a structured, evidence-backed historical knowledge ecosystem for Amigos Internacionales. The goal is to strengthen Google authority, AI search discoverability, Wikipedia viability, donor trust, and institutional memory through careful source organization and external corroboration.

Core rule

Do not inflate claims. Separate externally verified evidence, partner-documented evidence, internally archived evidence, and still-under-research leads.

Working source hierarchy

• Tier 1: Government, UN/OCHA, CRS, GAO, USAID, ReliefWeb, academic papers, recognized newspapers, and independent media.
• Tier 2: Partner and operational sources, including Breedlove Foods, Buckner, Fundación Azteca, municipal partners, universities, hospitals, and NGO collaborators.
• Tier 3: Internal preservation sources, including Amigos archive.org uploads, photos, emails, videos, spreadsheets, donor updates, and Facebook posts.
